I don't agree - sound travels pretty damn fast, 330 metres per second.
Sound can come out through the intake faster than the air goes in unless you are going supersonic speeds.

If by chuuu noise he means a sound like when you blow across the top of a bottle, it is air coming back out the intake coz the bov is sticking open.

if you read my comment in full i said i run NO BOV. i think the sound is cavatation in the comp housing

cavitation wont happen in a turbo, only in pumps containing liquid
