love the side pipes 8) and that sounds bloody nice.

doesn't have much resemblance to the gtr in my books :?

either way it looks better, just hope it has a decent whack of power to go with it, ie 400+ kw

6L of V8 in a sports coupe, you'd hope it goes alright. Be interesting to see if they release it. Seems silly not to with how the Monaro went

there were some concept type pics of a 'new torana' doing the rounds recently, could be along those lines?

Motor Trend are saying its just a re-skin/slight change of a 3 year old GTO concept, so yeah maybe it will reach production.

I like the idea but the styling just doesn't do it for me

yeah thats the LS7 from the corvettes, they even kept the dry sump system. itll probly get the corvette gearbox too by the sounds.
kinda cool, but they should still go all out and do a s/c LS7

in saying that it looks like it'll be going for big money if they are saying 125k+, that puts it against a lot of serious cars, nissan GTR will be somewhere around that mark.

Come on, its still 500hp N/A with a fairly big whack of torque. And I'm pretty sure there is a blown version of the LS7 making its way into a few Corvettes too
