Yeah, its an RS. Cam gears are clearly visible on the passenger side of the engine bay, plus its' got the bonnet vent and ducting pipe for the turbo, and they're factory RS rims, not GTSt rims..

Its' odd, it doesn't look that serious enough to start a fire. Smash up suspension maybe, or bend a hot exhaust onto something combustable? But hey, its' an RS Legacy, its' probably stolen.
