Auto to Manual?

Was just researching the codes on the tag in my ke20 through google and on here
under the trans / axle code it says 2fc which i have found to be a 2 speed auto box? is that right ? i got the car as a rolling body and has a clutch in there etc, (possibly looks like a new (second hand) clutch and brake peddle not to sure)

never the less i have a 4 speed box with a 3k in front to go in to get it running for now from a starlet, so will there be many modifications in the way stoping me getting that box into that space, if someone can confirm that it is supposed to be an auto

The trans tunnels on the auto are bigger if anything, and the K40 are about the size of a shoebox so you'll have no worries. If its got the hole for the clutch cable and pedal stuff is already there then I cant see why you'd have any issues

thats the good news i wanted to hear, will the shifter fit through the hole and still be able to function properly also

i'm sure it will, but if it doesn't thats what grinders are for
