Is it going over permanent or just for a short time?

If mr2's were sold new in Aussie I doubt you will get it registered, but if you can budget for at least 10k.
You ARE allowed to import an NZ reg'd vehicle for up to 12 months.

It looks to be a bit of a mission but it can be done. Im just weighing up if its worth it or not. The reason I want to get it over there is to make a tidy profit when I sell it. an average n/a sw20 sells for over $9,000 aus over here! Turbo ones go fro around $11-13,000. Even if its costs me 5,000 to get it over here i'll still be making money. Thanks for the info guys
