Twas a great weekend. The only downer was that I didn't take my camera to take any happy snaps :(

Still I'm sure I'll be organised, bring on the next Suprafest.

And thanks to Matt for organising and those sponsors that got in behind him :)

Thank you Matt for organizing the event and to the sponsors and, well - there's too many to mention so thanks to everyone who made it happen. It was truly a wonderful weekend. I had a total blast!

Everyone who competed at the drags or autocross had a beaming smile on their face. It was priceless!

Shame there wasn't very many MK3's competing in the drags - but oh well - next time I guess.

Cheers again everyone who made it happen!

Brilliant day, awesome weekend. Thanks Matt, I was only spectating same as you but I'm sure this all the motivation we need to finally get our pieces going ay!! :P

I have about 600 or so photos from the whole weekend, took 455 today so I've probably got a couple of good shots of most the cars that were out there. Will post up when I've uploaded them.

A massive thanks to Matt, Andy, Dave (hope it was dave  (im really bad with names, sorry if I got it wrong)), and to all the sponsors for arranging such an awesome event!!!

You mean the ONLY MK3 to make it on the strip when it mattered :P

But yes - great race man. I swearing I was yelling "cummon cummon just a bit more" hahahaha. Good old "no torque, lots of hp" 1G was behind the 7M torque monster off the line - giving you hope hehehe

i had a great time. should have come up to the dyno day, looks like i wouldnt have been far off the lead. kinda got a lil bored, the no traction issue kinda killed it for me and getting told off for big burnouts  nice to be wheel spining over the line tho hahaha. ended up driving most of the way back to tauranga, trailer wasnt towing too well, so had sum fun there. *WANTS PICS!*
