I purchased a wastegate off him last week, paid the money in on tuesday, he said it would be here weds or thursday max, text him asking for tracking number and he said it was in the car and would get back to me, text him next day asking for it and thats the last i heard from him.
its now monday and it still hasnt arrived, ive pmd him and posted on his thread where he said for me to text him and he will let me know the tracking number.
if you dont bother replying to me but have time to go on bebo and ignore my texts and pms, refund my money or send me the damn wastegate already
yep i know him. purchased a few things off him for my cressida. he wont rip you off, he will just be abit busy for sure. gauranteed the item will turn up. depending on bank transfer times, he wouldnt have gotten your money possibly till the next day. possibly sent it on friday if he had time to get to a post centre, even then u will be lucky to see it today. id wait till friday before getting your pantys all twisted.

Well seeing that i deposited the money into his account via branch last tuesday, so it would have shown up in his account immediately. but ill wait till friday to see what happens.
Ok its now friday nearly two weeks since i made the deposit into his account, i have my reciept here, theres no excuses why when sent via courier is still not here, should have been overnight if he had even sent it
and seem less shady if he had given me a tracking number instead of ignoring me when i asked, i looked through his previous posts and saw a link to his trademe account which was disabled because he had sold things on trademe and not followed thru resulting in the above, same type of parts.
Yems if you could get a hold of this prick and pick my wastegate up for me and send it ill pay for shipping and give you a doz for your efforts
sucks to hear matt, as I know you are always diligent when trading on forums on the like. no excuse for it to have taken this long with no explanation.
Any TS'rs who've conducted business with this guy and have apparently been ripped off, would request that a detailed summary of the situ with all facts to date be sent to admins@toyspeed.org.nz - the admin team can then look to see what we can do to help out.
Being able to do much at all probably will rely on appropriate police reports being filed too, so if you havn't, strongly recommend taking all legal opportunities available to you.

POlice reports? Seriously? I know it's $60 bucks and all, and a wastegate - however much that costs but getting the Police involved - What u reckon they will do? File it away... they have murderers that rob liquor stores for a hundred bucks! .. I can write the report no worries I've still got his mobile number and all the emails - Mobile number doesn't get answered tho
