I'm nearly ready to get my 4agte running and tuned. Problem is I've never had the 4agze block running prior to setting it up; so before taking the day off work, trailering the car to tauranga and getting it on the dyno I want to make sure everything is operating as it should ... without damaging the engine!
Its a 4agze block with 8.0:1 compression (hasn't been rebuilt at this stage), T25 turbo, 550cc injectors with a Link G3 ecu.
The Link has a tune borrowed off a 4agte which was running tdo4/365cc injectors.
Anyone got some suggestions on how to go about this without causing serious damage? I don't need to take it on a 30km trip obviously, just warm it up then up the road and back. Obviously being tuned for 365cc injectors but running 550cc injectors it will be running rich. Is this a good thing or should I adjust the master injector cycle at all?
Any advice would be good.
