Need help from panelbeater

Postby Crimson Tears » Mon Aug 04, 2008 9:44 pm

Hi
I'm needing some help from a panelbeater or someone like minded. I have a problem with my gt4 celica with water entering the boot around the rear tail lights. I've tried resealing them with a silicone and also with a non porous foam, but to no avail. The water runs down the top of the tail light and then into the boot. The design of the car is that (being a liftback) the water runs down the channels and then onto the top of the tail lights. I tried Toyota for the tail light gaskets but they only come with the tail lamp itself. I would be happy to pay someone to reseal them for me if you can guarantee they won't leak :)

Cheers,

Mike
