why go on about revenue gathering then have a whinge when they dont do people for j-walking? aslong as people arnt diving out in front of cars whats the problem?

If somebody j-walks in a 50k zone, the only person they put in danger is themselves

not true,

if they swerve to avoid the person they could injure many

Thats why you don't swerve, unless they are hot

But seriously, if someone was being stupid and ran out in front, i'm not sure i'd smash my car / someone elses / even someone else, just to avoid the stupid person. Only the same people that swerve into a tree to avoid a rabbit on the road will have problems :P

Its called natural selection, don't walk out in front of me

Hopefully no one that knows the rules about signalling at roundabouts ;)

If you're going straight ahead at the roundabout ...You must signal a left turn as you pass the exit before the one you intend to take.

almost no-one indicates off the roundabout. could make things alot easier if people would start doing this.

when i first met my gf she actually asked me what i was doing the first time she saw me indicate my exit :P

The worst ones are the ones that indicate left when entering the roundabout, then as soon as they are in indicate right then indicate back left again to exit when they are going straight through :!: A guy at my old work did this and you could not tell him he was wrong and I myself have nearly been taken out by some of these idiots.

On busy roundabout

Oh good, someone is turning left that gives me enough room to get out onto the roundabout... HOLY CRAP!!!! at this point driver in the wrong glares at you and gives you the finger because you don't know how to drive. :
