The 3s tends to be "nicer" to drive than most rotaries, I would have said all, but the one in the RX8 is fantastic except a little lacking in the top end(felt strangled) when wanting to fang.
How do you know hw heavy a car is just from driving it? Its apparent weight is based on SO many variables its just not worth even mentioning.

RX8's only have power up top. Yes i have spent time in the drivers seat of one.
3s's are gutless unless talking about the 3sgte (since you have not much driven a turbo car- i'll guess you arent) and all RX7s i've driven have beat cock over any NA 3s.
