Or if the car is involved in a crash and the driver wasn't actually wearing their seatbelt - as is often the case even in this day and age. IF there is any doubts about a belts condition we wont sell it, likewise with anything else.

Dell'Orto wrote:Ok, so the most modern vehicle that shares the same belts with a KE25 are Mitsis, mostly Lancers and Emeraudes. Well, the rear belts of those vehicles are the same as the front of KE25's anyway.

Yup, but how, out of all the piles of belts that wreckers seem to have, are you to know which one was in a stationary vehicle when crashed or not?
Matt - They're probably just a 90/90 type belt, which is reasonably generic. I'll have a look today and let you know.

Then all that info get loaded into the stock control program, when any part gets pulled off that vehicle it gets that stock number put on it which tracks it back to that vehicle. We have close to 30,000 parts in stock like this. Some 'wreckers' may play the game differently, but WE are right up there in the use of technology for our stock inventory.
