I'd go 4K with an angry cam. Throwing huge engines in these thing is stupid, you're ruining the originality and the idea behind have a tidy, original car in the first place. I just shake my head when I see something like an SR coupe waaaaaaaaPSHHHHing down the road.. much prefer the lumpy idle and rattle of a tickled K-series.
