to get Toyspeed Chch motivated and active again?

Its been years since TS Chch has been active.

Are people happy with it being an online club only?

Or do people actually want to have cruises and meets? If you do, get motivated people!

Chch toyspeed was most active when cruising in the weekends was a fun SAFE thing to do. Since then people have moved out of town / stopped cruising etc. Of course theres the people that never did the town cruising thing, but the people that did used to boost numbers at meets quite a bit.

MOST people in chch are too lazy to get off their asses and turn up to an organised meet, tried it a few times last year with only 1 successful meet.

Had a very successful one at the Groynes last year which was great, and i'll look at doing the exact same thing again this year when its warmer.

I'm always keen - but just finding the time.

Having said that Daniel & I are cruising up to Megameet but only taking 1 RC as cant afford to take both.

With summer comming up & BBQ weather its a more positive time for cruses etc - although a ski trip would have been good.

Racing at Ruapuna this weekend includes Bmw's Bikes and Pre65's.

Come down and watch, I'll be crewing for the Imp in pre65's and 2 of the Bmw's. (both tagged Impwerks)

The wagon you are prolly thinking about is the shop car. The 2 race cars are an M6 (almost black) and a white and red 318 (only has small Impwerks stickers)
