Back by popular demand, the (mostly annual) megameet! This years location, by popular demand is Wellington.
The main dates for events will be 25, 26 & 27 October 2008 (Labour Weekend!). We hope you can all make it for the entire weekend, as it will be fantastic!
Here's a rough guide to the format of the weekend.
Friday 24 October
- Out of town attendee's arrive.
- Accomodation Check/Settle in
- Meet and greet bbq dinner or beers or both
Saturday 25 October
- Paintball (possibly weather permitting) - Confirmed!!
- Go Kart teams grand prix - Confirmed!!
Sunday 26 October
- Cruise - Confirmed!!
- Cryptic Rally - Confirmed!!
Monday 27 October
- Autocross! - Slipway Driving Facility - Confirmed!! YOU MUST PRE ENTER!
- Bidding farewell to some attendees
Tuesday 28 October
- Bidding farewell to the rest of the attendees
Obviously unconfirmed events are subject to a bit of shuffling (dates of events etc) but will be setting them in concrete asap.
