Flatmate wanted to share large house in Terrace End. House has a big lounge with both a wood fire and huge gas heater. swimming pool (if we decide to use it, its not that fun to maintain), new kitchen.
Bedroom available is medium sized, fits a queen bed and has a wardrobe with built in mirror and drawers. Will be living with two professionals but there are currently 6 in the house until 1 December. Will advertise for more flatmates as the rooms come available. Couples ok as there will be a larger room available early december (Couple could also rent a 2nd room as an office or spare)
Smokers OK outside. no pets (Already have 1 cat with another arriving in January.
Furnishings: All furnishings provided, just need bedroom stuff. Can possibly do furnished room.
In the area: 5 min walk to massey bus stop, 1 min from bus to town and 5 mins from terrace end shops. (taxi is about ~$10 from town)
Parking: Plenty of offstreet parking, double garage (usage by negotiation:))
