Is there such a thing as a solar powered car battery charger???

and where would i get 1??

Yep, there is and most automotive parts places will be able to supply them. Be aware though, they have a very low output, and they're mostly designed to maintain a charged battery, not recharge it from dead flat.

super cheap sell a kit, $249 last time i went in for the panel and the regulator 20watts ai think it was, pretty good for the price,

or i found battery world in mt wellington to be quite good,

as said above, dont expect it Recharge a flat battery,

metro batteries in pakuranga if you want a good battery charger, made by a guy in onehunga, great quality something that would last a life time, and if something DID happen to go wrong, he will fix it,

dont get one from supercheap, they used to be good quality when they were made in australia, now they are made in china, pile of shit,
