Johno Lester def drove that supra hard! he was braking at 50m or even under down the front straight!
The owner def wasnt as quick but not sure how much slower he was..

320kw is still pretty high hp which is around 500hp at the flywheel, also imagine the torque of that beast!! def be good around the circuit, I could of done with alot more torque through some corners. I was running 230-240kw :).

Supra was running stock turbos/injectors/lots else. Big exhaust which caused boost creep and a link were the only power related mods I believe. Owners plan is to explode a few sets of stock turbos and then put together 'something more interesting'

Apparently it was significantly quicker than his previous supra with much more power due to the nature of the track, factory turbo's definitely seemed to work well.

More torque but it's also a metric shed load more weight than a levin ;)

I really rated your result last year at Puke beating out alot of high HP cars especially as you probably had 30-40% less power on a power circuit I was suitaably impressed with that. This time around smaller lighter car in the street class yeah for sure more suited good result definitely.

Yep the owner told me he just did'nt have Jono Lesters driving ability and was 2 seconds slower. That car is not 320KW @ the wheels either its at the flywheel.
