What username?

At least provide a bit more information if you want to put a post like this up. Someone may know them and be able to help, but with no information you may as well not bother.

It looks like a more civilized approach to this first..

if its a genuine reason for not fronting up with goods or money then going straight in there with the bitcch fighting would b pretty sad.

I was just going by past threads on here where a username was posted, along with a "just wondering if everything is sweet" type post. Someone else on the board recognised the username, knew the person and the situation was quickly sorted. In my opinion, no one else (but the mystery person) can help in this situation if you don't put up a username.

i dont think anyone will recognise the username, was a fairly new user

the aim of the post was to perhaps nudge the person in question into realising we shared a community here, and that he might actually have something to lose by ripping me off.

i know his name, his home address, and his phone number... and im going to be in his home town in a couple of months.

so!

if he IS here, best to sort it out now :D

but does he know who you are on here??

if you politely out him, then someone may be of assistance as to who he is and maybe offer a legitimate reason for lack of contact????
I've been a bad bad boy. I should read the rules and behave before I get spanked by an admin

Can you PM me there trademe details,

as I think I am in the same boat, and want to know if it's the same person.

I bought some stuff off somone who I think probably is a Toyspeed member, (although I dont know their toyspeed name,)
and since I paid them a week or so ago they will not reply to emails,

And I know they have been on the net as there last trademe login was today according to their profile, and there is a couple of other TS people asking q's on there auctions.

Yeah it was, although I did a deal outside of trademe,
otherwise they would have another bad feedback.

Here is a link for those who are considering buying off this user,
Wouldn't recommend it until everyone else is sorted.

Been there done that before,
he went to jail for fraud and I still never got paid.

I will wait till the auction has a minute to go then win it with a $10,000 bid, put there TM account into debt and they wont be able to relist.
I will get a negative feedback out of it, but I can accept that, I have a rating of well over 100 so 1 neg wont matter.

So he has till next sunday.

Just watch it as it is a legally binding contract. If they so wished to they could legally demand payment through the court system.

Not hard to make a new account tho to post said bid from.

Kaiapoi ain't that far away, for some petrol money i'd consider popping out there. Nothing like a few toyspeeders turning up to some guys house unannounced.
