How long can you spend on Trademe ?

Postby Hybridd » Fri Nov 14, 2008 8:14 pm

Just clocked about 4 hours plus ! Could spend the whole day there !

What a lovely Buy and Sell site.I mostly check :

-All the cars in the Motors Section [right click Save As]
-The property
-Car Parts
-Other

It is just so sad that I cannot even ask the sellers any questions..

You guys are so lucky , it has some awesome stuff for sale !

I guess I find it fascinating because I am a foreigner and not in your country..

why not organise with someone here to be your relay...

get someones address, fill in the address verification thing, get your relay to give you the code, then you can ask all you want.

hell, get someone here to organise shipping for a moderate fee. :)

wont work for long,
i was on holiday in spain for 3 months, had only been there a week and my trademe account was removed, no warning nothing, then got an email saying that only nz and auz residents can have accounts, i tried explaining that i was only on holiday and they wouldnt reinstate it untill i could verify i was back in nz,

Man, Trade Me has gone down hill since it was sold... I even found the other day that you can only get 1 free pic with your auction, each addition one is 10c. Money grubbers man...
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

the success fees have steadily gone up since it started as well
now any auction over 150 has a $10 fee and 4%
a recent auction of mine that sold for $520, the success fees were $27
