okay. car goes fine when cold.
well bit of flat spot on 2800rpm (bogs little bit>) but still okay to drive.

BUT once the car gets warm to normal, I lose power. sounds like subaru.
its hard to start rolling again on the lights.
was running abit rich and after I checked the plugs and put them back on now once warm it even detonates(wrong gap yea my fault)

what I want to know is its going to be somewhere in fuel,plugs/wires,distrubitor,cat, few sensors or relays etc isnt it?

not the rings or headgasket right?
bloews no smoke.

-cold runs fine.. warm- not good..

did searched but no one said what it was.
what could it be?

You've already mentioned a few things that it could be so your best bet without immediate luck would be to find someone with a similar car to yours to try bits off. Don't discount a faulty ecu as it's common with these models but leads/cap and rotor would be the obvious choice at this stage especially if they've never been changed.
Oh and try pulling the diagnostic codes out of it (TE1&E1) because something like the knock sensor could also be screwed.
