Seatbelts were through trademe, which I have told them about, but I also bought other parts from him after the deal was done on trademe

trademe should be able to give u his address details etc and will probably suggest u go to police about it or if its not that much money take it to small claims if u cant solve it otherwise which u obviously cant if hes not replying to ur emails. but yer u should be able to get his contact ph etc off trademe so ask them..unless its a fake account of course

Yeah thats exactly what I asked from trademe, some more contact details.

Not sure what trademe's privacy policy is in that regard though.

Eek! You might be out of luck if you've already completed the first trade. Out side of their auctions they seem to not care so much. As they rake money when people sell through trade me.
