Hi, I haven't been here for a while.

I am just 2 weeks away for emigrating to NZ. I wanted to take my Celica T16 Convertible with me, but the price was to high! It would cost me €2500,- (NZ$5.700,-) only for transportation to bring it along with me....

This weekend I sold the Celica http://www.simca.nl/celica/ to a very enthusiastic Celica lover for the price of the transportation. So, at least the car is saved.

I hope I can find myself a nice Celica convertible in the surroundings of Napier.

who did the conversion on your one? the hood looks rather different to the factory one i had. and no rear windows

The conversion is done by Voll from Germany in assignment of Toyota. This is the official Celica convertible model for Europe. The roof isn't electric, but instead of that, you have a targa roof
