i had a car with no plates due to de redge and no wof. left on road and got towd. i havent called about it yet but i know its going to cost 50 to get back. if i pay and collect am i liable to be blasted with fines etc.
are they able to search car

they prob assumed it was a dumped car. prob had complaint about it.

could already be at a wreckers.....

search it? lol why are you worried? :lol:

had a sticker on there saying i had to be removed by 18th so went toyday the 18th and it was gone. had number plates under my seat and dont want any fines

If it had a sticker with a date on thenc hances are there has been a fair amount of warning that it was gong to get taken?

You're not allowed to park an unregistered car on the side of the road, not so sure about the law with deregistered cars though. I imagine it's probably an offence. So yes you could easily be up for fines.

They would have fined him straight away, and not given warning to remove the car. Councils are fun like that.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

I don't think they fine you, but you're liable for towing costs if you want the car back.

they'll fine you or take it away if they get a complaint. neighbors are good like that.
