DIY throttle cable

Making my own throttle cable. Where can I get these in NZ? Tried local motorcycle and bicycle shops but cant find any.

Any where that sell steel wire, steel & tube, chain & rigging, fletchers, etc

There's a bike wrecker next to Holeshot Suzuki on Barrys Point Road. I don't know if they could sell you a kit but they should be able to make you up a cable for pretty cheap.

Going to make my own by ordering from that site, saves hassle and time. $0.90 for the wire per meter(Mitre10) and just waiting to get the ends.

Will post back when I get it done.

I made my own by getting a complete cable from pick a part, chopping the end off, then using a short slice of old brake pipe, drilling a hole through the middle, feed the cable through the hole then brazing it and trimming with the grinder. Soldering works, the original ends factory are made from solder.
