I have a blue printed & Balance 2JZ bottom end which i will be putting a worked VVTi JZGE head on at some stage in the future (may take a couple of years)

This is a dyno plot of an RB30DET with a slightly larger turbo than yours run without NOS, then the start of one where a similar shot to what you have is squirted into it where it prompted busted into wheelspin lol
Boost curve with NOS looks much like yours, if you have managed to do that without NOS then omfg.
