Apparantly by fitting this small plastic scoop over the air intake on the outside of your van you can increase your HP by 20%.... Amazing. After all the millions of dollars Toyota spent on R and D, this brilliant scientist from the Kapiti coast can slash for fuel bill by 20% with this.... It even works better on turbo diesels. Obviusly the small plastic scoop with its ram effect can generate more air flow into the engine than the turbo itself..
