I used concrete clean awhile for a truck load of oil clean up. works to take out black marks but leaves the old brown stains in place.

Have you tried thinners and kitty litter?

That CLR stuff works a treat. Just leave it on for twice what it says on the bottle and then scrub with a hard broom. Wash away excess with hose and the stains should be gone

Thinners works a treat especially if its smooth concrete not rough finish type stuff
