Boost tap

Had a little look on search but could find anything good,

I brought a boost tap but the directions on it are awkward.. says arrow points towards actuator(wastegate) but the arrow is pointing away from the hose valve lol... does that mean its the direction for the feed?

And i cant get my head around the way it works as with it wound as negative as it can go there is no air flow which would mean freeboost wouldnt it?

And there is a T connection which says arrow points towards actuator but the 3rd hose tail thing wont allow air to blow down it lol


Very noob with these manual boost controllers sorry

Had one on the GTX but could never figure the damn thing out and the GTX wouldnt go long enough to play with it

I think i have sorted it... the side hose tail on the Wastegate gets its normal hose from manifold, and you plug the top hose tail onto the boost controller, then to another boost line source, this pushes boost in the counter act against the spring opening? think i have it sussed anyway will try it once the piece of shit starts

the port on hte side of the arrow must be connected to the wastegate, the other one goes to positive pressure
