Last year I purchased a set of tein ajustable suspension from Chris bowron in christchurch for $900, I put the money into his account but the item was never sent. Ive been chasing him for the item or my money back, but neither have come to me.

The last phone number we had for him was 027-726-7942, we just rang him and its 'another' chris that answers the phone....he said it was chris harkis (sp?).
We put the money into the following bank account

westpac
031599005648525

Does anyone know of this theif or where he lives now? Please send me a PM if you know of him? Any help would be appreciated

was it on trademe? they have a new system where they will chase the seller up and help you with the police ect

The suspension was on trademe but was actually brought outside trademe have tried going through trademe but they said it was a police matter but the police dont wont anything to do with it.

yeah unless you can show them lots of times he has done it, its just a civil matter. ie small claims tribunal.
