converting sw20 3sgte to fwd use

Postby soopachargen » Fri Mar 07, 2008 10:43 pm

just been reading the 3sgte conversion page... http://gtfour.supras.org.nz/3S-GTE%20Conversion.htm and have been looking at buying an sw20 3sgte and box to be used in a fwd setup.
I have got the box conversion sorted out but was just wondering if i can use an st183 3sge for the parts to convert the mr2 motor to fwd. Are all the anciliaries shared between the ge and gte?
Could i run a 3sge loom with sw20 3sgte computer on it on the 3sgte or would i want to get an st185 loom and computer??

When in doubt, down and out.

I'd buy Trademe 143416403 myself, that's a good price for a ST205 engine.
