I know only too well how frustrating time wasters are, and while hardly professional, its barely worth complaining about. Besides, if you did make a complaint about it, you run the risk of getting molested by cops for a while afterward.
1988 KE70 Wagon - Slowly rusting
1990 NA6 MX-5 - because reasons
2018 Ranger - Because workcar
1997 FD3S RX-7 Type R - all brap, all the time
OMG so shiny!

not worth the hassle making a complaint, bearing in mind, the next you err to the wrong side, and he pulls you up, he could make things a tad more nasty than usual.

ring him up, ask if the car is still for sale, then thank him for wasting your time, by letting you drive his heap of junk!!
I've been a bad bad boy. I should read the rules and behave before I get spanked by an admin

f#@k you i won't do what ya tell me

WINNNNNNNNNN!!!!!

Rang the SNR sargent on duty, told him story, he just rang me back and has told cop to keep personal shit to himself from now on.

Exactly what I was hoping for.

Cop i spoke to was very professional, proof that bad cops (or really in this case Cops in a bad mood) are the exception and not the rule

Whether or not its something tiny or not, its something that Police don't want their officers doing, as it can come and bite them in the ass.
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

yeah most likly, but i got across my point to them hopfully, which is that just like any other job, cops should leave personal shit at home or atleast out of uniform.

My next question is why were you out in a car with no wof/reg when i'm sure at LEAST one of you will have a reg/wof car?

I can think of much better ways to spend $400 even if it does mean you roll in a car not as cool as a corona

Because people are retarded, the public hates you, there's too much $&#$% paperwork and redtape, most of the bosses are out for themselves and will happily throw you to the wolves etc etc

There was a short article in the Police Newsletter a while back, I'll try and dig it out about the stages of a Police career.
