I had a Trueno Bz-r, it was a really nice car. It handled brilliant, and miss having a nice revvy n/a engine. (I only miss it until I think about what I'm driving now)

Own one, would not own another.

Reason for my choice is that i've had it coming up 5 years and if I got rid of it for whatever reason i'd go for something different just for a change. In saying that however its not getting off that easy, I plan to rev the pants off it for a long time yet!

I've serviced it regularly and it has treated me well. Nothing has been replaced that I wouldn't consider normal. eg done the brakes, aircon, plugs etc.

Toyota reliability ftw

Haven't owned one and don't plan on owning one.

I think that should be an option, cause I don't think I could say that I'd NEVER own one, I just don't have any plans to :)
Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.

I own two, but neither are driveable, and have never been driven by me

One should end up in my corolla...unless I change my mind

i've had every n/a 4age and would have to say the favourite is the blacktop.

keeping in mind these are daily drivers and not weekend wonders.

edit: have also owned 2 smallport 4agzes and while they are fun, i still prefer the blacktop for a daily, the only situation for a 4agze is when they have a turbo on the side. 8)

Have had an ae101 silvertop for almost 4 years now and its great.

Ideal as a daily driver. Don't have to worry about parking it anywhere, its reliable, parts are easy to get, economical, enough power to have a bit of fun and cheap to buy in the first place.

What more do you need in a daily driver?

Its actaully my partners but I drive it every day 8)

Something special about that boy, I went in/drove his old AE101 and was quite impressed even though I'd before hand and have since been in/driven many many others and not been so.

Odds are I would not ever own one, as really I'd be unlikely to go for a 1.6litre car for anything other than economical commuting (I looked into one for that reason but people were asking more than I'd pay - ended up with a Honda Prelude for less) and if for some reason I did - for me they are bottom of the barrel for me in terms of "performance 1600ccs" which wouldn't be so bad if it weren't the fact it isn't reflected by price.

Currently have a blacktop and have had it for two years. I have a daily so only really drive the Corolla on the weekends. I would get another one if it was to be a track hack (non s/s BZG stripped out, rebuild motor with ST rods, tyres, suspension etc etc). But at the same time i could probably be easily tempted into something B or K series powered

Personally, I'm thinking of something powered by a certain F series engine...

I've had one, and it was a pretty fun wee car. Wife used to own one as well, and that was a bit slower, but handled fantastically. I'd own another one if I ever need to buy a nice runabout, I think if I ever retire my KE70 wagon for good I'd replace it with a BZ Touring or something.

I own a blacktop but its getting force fed. It wasnt all that impressive in N/a form but wasnt that bad either (it was better than the vtir civic i testdrove). It handles great with good tires. Ive been in a touring wagon that was very impressive compared to my bzg but my smallport gze is alot more fun.
