I used Autoseek (not sure if they're still around). Cost me like $30 and was all done online. They valued my car at more than it's actually worth but hey I wasn't exactly complaining  It was all same day as well

maybe try a broker? The one I used for my old race car was noelene@johnrae.co.nz A few other TS folk have also gone through this broker both for race cars, and modified older cars.

in addition to Leon's comment(s).......

I too have gone through Noelene @ John Rae, for both my KE25 & AE101.

On the KE side of things they agreed (asked me) the value I would like to assign to it, gave them the amount and that was that.

They do have available to them individuals throughout the country who for a fee (around $100 possibly more) will come out, inspect the vechile, go away do research and come back with value for you.

Personally I have always found Noelene excellent to deal with.
