I thought if you had stability control it was sweet to cut corners and hit soft/loose ground and not have to worry about it because the car is intelligent though?

i saw this a while ago and grrrrr,

never really had too much to do with acc personally but yea not great from what those close to me have had to deal with nothing but issues and dramas, late payments "oh sorry its not our problem ur paperwork got sent to the wrong office" "then why did u give me that address?" "thats not our problem that ur mortgage payment wont go through" maybe if u managed to find the paperwork i sent u 4 weeks ago u could have payed us so we can pay our bills..... eveytime we sent them something (no matter where it was sent to) they lost it or it went to the wrong person........

yes acc has its advantages but they need a bit of a kick up the arse and need to look at whats really going on..... "safer cars dont make safer drivers"

make safer drivers.......... istead of paying more money for adds people dont take any notice of maybe look into other ways of making safer drivers. make it harder to get a license when i went for my restricted (which wasn't that long ago) all i did was drive round the block i dident have to show any skill i had to stop at 2 sets of lights and then make a left turn at a roundabout. what a joke....

and for those of you who say its better for someone stupid to crash and kill them self's and not be on acc ........ actually acc pay their partner/s (yes there can be more than one) and kids etc etc so sure that stupid person isn't on acc but there's still massive payouts.

The car is not intelligent but the human inside it is assumed to be.

If you look closely at the add the guy driving the first car slightly angles the front wheels to start a skid and in the next he drives the car to avoid a skid.

I also agree to teach drivers how to drive but need to have instructors who are able to teach all types of people and unbiased not "know it alls".
