AE101 Random Wire, Can Someone Help?

Postby Shads » Mon Aug 03, 2009 5:55 pm

Hey there Guys,
Was just running some cables for my sub when i noticed a random wire under the drivers seat plugged into it? It seems a 3 Pin Plug that plugs in from underneath the seat to a wire coming up through a random hole in the carpet? i was thinking it could be for some sorta sensor but none the wiser, can someone help?
Save it for the Strip

There should be a light on AE101, it is probably not plugged it or switch is faulty (or maybe the light is blown out).

Isn't the cat overheat sensor is on the left side? I might be wrong.

If its plugged into the drivers seat then yes that will be for the seatbelt light. My AE101 had this.

If there is a box where it is connected to, it is a receiver for factory central locking remote.
