If They're Consistent, The Stewards Will Strip Raikkonen Of Victory
Raikkonen's victory presumably remains provisional. Last September, Lewis Hamilton was stripped of victory for 'gaining an advantage' when he cut the chicane before overtaking Raikkonen into the first corner. At the first corner this weekend, Raikkonen, under no apparent pressure to do so, simply carried on onto the run-off area and returned in third place having been fifth at the moment he left the designated racetrack. It looked as deliberate as it was effective.

It will never happen because Alan Donnelly has selective colour blindness . i.e. He can't see red cars when they do something wrong

I did not see any indication of a car cutting a corner to gain position in this race at all.
Hamilton got clipped and it ended his race, who cares him and McLaren have no shot at anything this year anyway, all they missed out on is testing time.
As for Fishi, that makes no sense, its not the car the slows him down, it's the fact that he's not a fast driver!
