Ive got some koni coilovers I could be persuaded to part with for the right price.
One of the big advantages of 'coilovers' is the ability to easily change the spring rate.
I wouldn't go for TRD struts as they arent easily revalved/rebuilt.
I wouldn't go for munroe shocks as they're very soft and wear out quickly.
If you soften up the rear too much your car will have major understeer, if anything i'd be fitting a larger rear swaybar for track events.
