Very annoying. I've always wondered whether they would have accepted evidence analysised privately ie taking that blood to be added to police records privately somehow?
more relevant - Burgers/theives usually operate within an area known well to them. thus if there is an crime of this nature in your area its a great idea to put some deteriants in ie alarms etc, because the probability of reoccurance of offending is very high. After seeing the rates through work it was abit eye opening - higher than I thought it would be anyway...

why is it ? if they stay at home and do it in there own home then i coudlnt care less ... let them drug/drink/beat them/there own to death as far as im concerned, its when they they leave home that there is a problem,
police should be policing the streets ,
i cant recall seeing a police man walking around Botany town centre (as a example)(lots of crime there) for a few years, if ever ... like wise with the streets, have a car/s patrolling a Set area
