gtt 3sgte head bolt torque?

so i've searched, i know it's x+90deg+90deg, but can't remember what x is. nor can i find my workshop manual. Booo. (yes, i have new bolts)

if you fail to find one for the GT-T,

the spec according to mr20c the for Gen 2 is 36ft/lbs.
the spec according to my BGB for Gen 2 is: 500kg-cm (36 ft-lb, 49 N-m) + ONE 90 degree tighten, not 2.

do the 90 degree tighten *AFTER* you've tighten all the bolts to 36 ft-lb in the correct order.
