I've run many brake fluids, all around the same temperature range, and all cheap. I have never had a fluid boiling problem. Changing fluid regularly is a good idea though.
If anything I would recommend a full race pad for better braking at the track, it has made the most difference in my car.
Although i've never used mintex 1166, i've seen them removed from other cars and they don't seem to wear well (crumbling), and they create hot spots.
