Caldina GT-T making rattlely/noisey tapit noise

I've noticed my Caldina GT-T has started to make some sort of rattlely/noisey tapit type noise. It's starting to sound like a Mitsi :S
Is this normal? I'm up to 163000kms

My ones done 198,000 and sounds quieter the my mates GT4 thats done 4,000kms on a rebuild.

How often do you change you'r oil and filter?
what does your oil look like after about 3,500kms?

I'd do a good engine flush and run some nice oil to see if it is still making the noise.

warped exhaust maifold? Or the BOV tapping?

I change my oil and filter around 5,000kms. Sometimes 6,000kms because I'm lazy Oil seems fine everytime I change it, so no worries at 3,500kms.
I've been thinking about doing a full service on it for a few weeks now. Keen to change all oils/fluids etc.

Don't think it's the bov. I have the standard bov and it's seems fine. Warped manifold could be a possiblity, I'll look into it.

Seems to be a description of what my St205 has now - Goes tictictic under light accelleration in any gear ?
