Bonnet Gas Struts

heys guys ..

Im thinkig of purchasing a C-one cooling panel for my St205 in the near future , and in the process it will remove the bonnet stay .. ( its basically a fancy piece of aluminuim that goes between the bumper , and the radiator crossmember to direct airflow )

Has anyone seen , or used a gas strut system on a celica's bonnet , or can point me in a direction of aftermarket kits to sort this out ?

repco, stocks, autolign, etc can all do them
the people that make then are stabilus. you can tell them what you want and they can custom make.
any of the above places should have a book that tells you the fitting etc

Ahh forgot stabilus - we deal with them ..

I might have a word when i get back to work about it to them ..

It will need to be customish seeing its not a factory st205 option but they should have something

You can also get them on eBay UK, although the shipping is gonna be horrendous. Exchange rate has gotten a lot better though since I was looking at them though!
