Brake rotor size for 2001 Toyota Allex/Runx (ZZE123)

Postby Timoz » Wed Jan 27, 2010 2:17 pm

As per title, anyone could let me know the size of the brake rotor of the Toyota Allex/Runx ZZE123?

Am looking to replace the rotors and brake pads at the same time.

Cheers guys

I just skimmed the front the first time round was about $30 to skim and $30 for pads!

If your doing new disks cross drilled are about $170 each

Factory parts are fine, check the sponsors section for our Toyota parts supplier 8)

kompressor: $30 pads.... i'm sure you could have used weetbix instead and saved another $25 8O

I wouldn't bother blowing 170 on cross drilled rotors either... nothing wrong with normal discs for normal use. Cross drilled rotors have their problems.

Have ordered a pair of front discs through Mark from Toyota in the sponsors section.

Have also order in Acre super fighter brake pads (Good quality dustless Made in Japan pads) from another supplier for $190. Was planning to use Project Mu pads but no-one in NZ sales them tho...

There is a Project Mu dealer here, ( in the south island anyway)
could you not find the dealer, or they dont do them for that model.

I run the Mu pads in my race car and they are awesome.
