JZA80 brakes adapted to JZA70 hubs.

Postby Quint » Tue Feb 09, 2010 3:31 pm

Looked at the JZA70 hubs and i'm fairly confident I can make up adaptors for a JZA80 caliper.

What I need before I start is an A80 caliper to measure, doesn't need lines, piston, or anything else, only the caliper itself, anyone able to lend me one or able to sell me one thats busted for cheap? I know you can buy them (adaptors), but i'm confident I can make them for cheaper.

Let me know if you can help, cheers.

EDIT: However, if you have the adaptors themselves i could easily replicate them, so i'd also be interested in a quick lend!

You need to grind away either the hub or the caliper to make them fit IIRC

Ask Jonny (fallen) on here - he's the man to speak to on this setup.
