coil to dizzy question?

hey guys..

due to recent modifications to the ute, im having to relocated my coil..

is there any disadvantage to having to run a longer lead from the coil to the distributor?

i currently have 8mm leads and 8mm from coil to dizzy..

any help is much appreciated.

Can't see it being a huge issue.
1ggte's have a 1m+ lead from the coil to the dizzy

still got try mount battery safely somewhere and find a new fusebox.. hmm..
