ive started taking the callipers off and i was going to get them acid bathed... assuming the rubber seals are out can anyone see any issues with this?

the handbrake assembly will still be intact, with just the piston removed.

just realised one of the seals in the rebuild kit is a o ring in the handbrake assembly. so i need to take that off now i guess.

i assume i need a special tool to take the tension off the spring.?

what do people use to get the circlip behind the piston...? ive been to 3 specialist places and none have the right tool?

does anyone have anything i could borrow?

Yeh I got a tool for inserting the circlip, I had a sh!t of a time trying to do it without it.
