Didn't you used to work for Mossrax, so could in fact possibly even get a decent deal on said hose?

Pick-a-Part, or ask Andrew if he still has one on his AE92 trueno wreck.

I've tried manual steering... I say don't do it.

Pick a part your best and cheapest bet, does not have to be an AE92 exactly.

you can get special power steering fittings which you can make up at home when used with the appropriate ps hose.

The 2 ends, 2 adapters and length of hose was under $100 and took about 15 mins to make.

Im yet to see if it leaks, but ive been assured that these fittings are the go. (i thought you needed crimp type fittings) but these are designed especially for ps.

You'll need a cert to pass wof if you convert to non power steering, just get a new pipe made, it's the cheapest option.

You won't fail a WOF nor will you need a cert as long as you use all factory parts and don't modify anything. Seems like taking the long way around a small problem though. Just replace the line.

My car was balls without power steer. PS racks are normally faster too, so going to manual is a step back IMO.
