4age blacktop brake booster vacuum lines

Postby ATAl » Tue Mar 09, 2010 10:34 am

I'm trying to hook up the brake booster in my ae92 to a blacktop manifold, however it looks like there are two brake booster lines on the manifold, could someone please take a picture of how a stock blacktop hooks up to the brake booster.

Thanks!

You will need to find second brake booster check valve (pickapart) and connect both lines via 2 check valves - T into one - to the brake booster..

That's what I thought might be the case, what if I tee them in before the check valve, or is there some reason I'd have to have two check valves?

Reason why you have to T them after check valves is that they come off each individual runners and you still see pulses in that area. At least that is my theory.
