AE82 JDM FXGT Rear hatch glass installation

I've got a rear hatch for my JDM AE82 FXGT and it currently has no glass in it, but I do have the window seal. I'll be getting a rear screen from pickapart today but have no idea how to install it. Hopefully taking it out gives me some idea of how to do it.

I've noticed that it doesn't go in with urethane because of the seal.

How do you get the glass in?
